Jean Duke (Thomason) Belcher

Jean Thomason Belcher, 86, of Henderson, formerly of Smithland passed away on Monday, August 20, 2018 at her residence.

Mrs. Belcher was a member of Smithland First Baptist Church.

Surviving are her two children, Rudy (Felicia) Belcher and Kent (Tina) Belcher both of Henderson; three grandchildren, Kris Belcher (John) Mayes and Megan Belcher both of Henderson; and David Belcher of Denver, CO; two great-grandchildren, Mitchell Mayes and Lacy Mayes both of Henderson; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rudell Belcher; her parents, Vernie and Maude Thomason; and five brothers.

Funeral service will be at 1:00pm on Friday, August 24, 2018 at Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Wayne Carter and Vickie McGee officiating. Burial will follow at Smithland Cemetery.

Friends may visit the family from 11:00am to service hour on Friday at the funeral home.
