Betty Jean (Martin) Blevins

Betty Jean Blevins, 67, of Smithland died on Monday, September 3, 2018 at her home.

Mrs. Blevins was a cook at the Smithland Senior Center and a member of Birdsville Baptist Church.

Surviving is her husband, Felix Curtis Blevins Sr. of Smithland; two daughters, Elizabeth Harned of Paducah and Stephanie Blevins of Oklahoma City; her mother, Norma Jean Hocking of Double Springs, AL; three sisters, Glenda Pryor of Wilmington, NC, Trish Barnes of Marion, KY, and Tommie Sue Tidwell of Double Springs, AL; one brother, Paul Martin of Double Springs, AL; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, Felix Curtis Blevins Jr.

Funeral service will be at 2:00pm on Friday, September 7, 2018 at Aurora Baptist Church with the Rev. Raymond Lewis officiating. Burial will follow at Union Ridge Cemetery.

Friends may visit the family from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday at Smith Funeral Chapel or from 1:00pm to service hour on Friday at Aurora Baptist Church.
