Bobby Gourieux
TILINE Bobby Gourieux, 71, of Tiline passed away Friday at Lourdes hospital.
Mr. Gourieux was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and a retired production operator with Atochem in Calvert City.
Surviving are his sons, Mitch (Renita) Gourieux of Benton, Paul Gourieux of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands; his daughter, Nancy Gourieux of Paducah; the mother of his children, Janet Gourieux of Paducah; his two half-sisters, Nancy Jo Gourieux of Paducah, Mary Anne Jones of Paducah; his grandchildren, Andrew Gourieux of Paducah, Terra Gourieux of Paducah, Caleb Gourieux of Ft. Hood, Texas, Peyton Gourieux of Paducah and Mia Faulkner of Paducah; his nieces and nephews, Tammy (Bobby) Marsh, Chris Bright and fiancée, Joelle Smith, Todd (Leigh) Bright; and 3 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Gourieux and Ina Gourieux Hardesty; one brother, James Bright; and one daughter, Laurie Lea Gourieux.
Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Smith Funeral Chapel in Smithland, with the Rev. Andrew Sexton officiating. Burial will follow at Leeper Cemetery.
Friends may call after 5 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
