Dewey Skinner

Dewey Skinner, 78, of Grand Rivers passed away Saturday at his home. Mr. Skinner was a Uecke Driver for Reed Crushed Stone and of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are his loving wife of 58 years, Jincy Heflin Skinner; three sons, Walter (June) Skinner of Burna, Troy (Diane) Skinner of Ground Mound, Iowa, Wallace (Maria) Skinner of Grand Rivers; two daughters, Eva (Robert) Eberle of Burna, Flecia Edwards of Stuart, Fl.; four brothers, Arthur Skinner of Grand Rivers, Orville Skinner of Orlando, Fl., Roy Skinner of Benton, Wayne Skinner of Eddyville; one sisters, Lois Sepulvado of Smithland; 16 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Edna Skinner; three sisters, Lille Walker, Lovine Dukes, Laverne Myers; four brothers, Allen Skinner, Jessie Skinner, Rudell Skinner, and Edward Skinner .
Services will be at 1:00 PM Friday at Smith Funeral Chapel with Bro. Caleb Skinner officiating. Burial will follow at Cothrons Cemetery.
Friends may call after 11:00 AM Friday up until the funeral hour at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lourdes Hospice.
