Elizabeth Berry, 75, of Smithland died Friday at Lourdes hospital.
Surviving are one son, Ronnie Wayne Moman of Grand Rivers; two brothers, Lee Martin of Ledbetter and Larry Martin of Tiline; two sisters, Linda Martin of Smithland and Barbara Sanders of Ashland, Ohio; two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters. Her parents were Rufus and Louise Martin.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Smith Funeral Chapel in Smithland. Burial will be at Dixon Cemetery in Grand Rivers.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
