Elizabeth Irene (Worten) Coughlin

Elizabeth Worten Coughlin, 91, of Paducah, KY passed away at 9:00pm on Wednesday, August 17, 2016, at her home.
Elizabeth was retired from Illinois Central Gulf Railroad. She was a member of First Baptist Church for 77 years and taught Sunday School for many years.
Elizabeth is survived by her daughters, Charlotte (Michael) Vaughn of Paducah, KY, Margaret Carter of Paducah, Carol (Bobby) Wallis of Paducah, KY, Marilyn (Johnnie) Rogers of Rock Hill, SC; her sons, David Owen Coughlin of Paducah, KY, Patrick James (Janel) Coughlin of Paducah, KY; and nine grandchildren, Emily Smith, Eric Vaughn, Vince Carter, Laura Fristoe, Matt Wallis, Sarah Betts, Patrick Rogers, Reed Rogers, Len Coughlin; seventeen great-grandchildren; one brother, Wheeler Webb Worten Jr., and his children Brad Worten, Danny Worten, and Anna Ruth Fritz.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Wheeler Webb Worten and Emma Owen Worten.
Private family services will be held.
