Jincy Heflin Skinner, 79, of Grand Rivers died on Wednesday March 19, 2014 at Livingston County Hospital.

Surviving are three sons, Walter Skinner of Burna, Troy Skinner of Grandmound, IA and Wallace Skinner of Grand Rivers; two daughters Eva Aberle of Burna, Flecia Edwards of Stuart, FL; two brothers, Jewell Heflin and Billy Heflin of Paducah; one sister, Carolyn Springer of Paducah; 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert Heflin and Murriel Harris Heflin Goodwin; her husband Dewey Skinner; one brother; and three sisters.

Service will be at 1pm on Monday March 24, 2014 at Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. James Oates officiating. Burial will follow at Cothron Cemetery in Livingston County.

Friends may call on Monday from 11:00am until the funeral hour at Smith Funeral Chapel in Smithland.

Smith Funeral Chapel of Smithland is in charge of arrangements.
