Biography

Larry L. O’Neal Sr., 72, of Smithland died on Wednesday, November 04, 2015 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN.

Mr. O’Neal was a retired first mate from Mid-South Towing.

Surviving is one son, Larry O’Neal Jr. of Smithland; one daughter, Renee Smith of Newburgh, IN; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Mildred Pernicka.

Funeral services with masonic rites will be at 1:00pm on Sunday, November 8, 2015 at Smith Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Ditney Cemetery.

Friends may call from 11:00am to funeral hour in Sunday at the funeral home.
