Michael Shawn Costello, 41, of Calvert City died Saturday at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah.
Surviving are his wife, Gena Odom; one daughter, Kasi Lynn Costello of Calvert City; one brother, Mark A. Costello of Eddyville; three sisters, Shannon Lucas of Gilbertsville, Khourie Hresko of Calvert City and Angela Baker of
Paducah; his mother, Jane Travelstead of Eddyville; his father, Mark E. Costello of Paducah; his stepmother, Carolyn Costello of Paducah; his stepfather, Jackie Travelstead of Eddyville; five stepbrothers; one stepsister; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Smith Funeral Chapel in Smithland with the Rev. Bruce Jackson officiating. Burial will be at Dixon Cemetery in Grand Rivers.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
