Michael Shad Gaines, 43, of Ledbetter died on Wednesday January 7, 2015 at his residence.
Mr. Gaines was a student at WKCTC.
Surviving is his mother, Joyce Gainey Gaines McKinney Waxman of Ledbetter.
He was preceded in death by his father, Terry Gaines.
Memorial services will be at 1:00pm on Thursday with the Rev. Brad Henson officiating.
Friends may call from 11:00am to service hour on Thursday at Smith Funeral Chapel.
