Michael Austin Dean Reid, 21, of Tiline, passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at Vanderbilt Hospital.
Michael was a dedicated son, a caring brother, and a loving friend. He had a big heart and would do whatever he could to help. His world revolved around his family. Michael had a positive attitude and always knew how to make the best out of any situation. He was never afraid of hard work and getting his hands dirty.
Michael is survived by his parents, Michael Reid, Shannon (Waters) Reid, and Stacey and Shawn Harmless; six siblings, Gracie Reid, Shannon J. Reid, Billy Reid, Madeline Reid, Dylan Harmless, and Logan Harmless; and his paternal grandfather, Steven Reid.
Preceding Michael in death are his maternal grandparents, Eustice and Gracie Waters, and paternal grandparents, Tammy and Charles Vinson.
A funeral service for Michael will be held Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 6:00 pm at Smith Funeral Chapel in Smithland.
Friends may visit the family from 5:00 pm at service hour Tuesday at the funeral home.
Smith Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
