William F. (Bill) Tracy

William F. (Bill) Tracy 81 of Salem, Kentucky Passed away on Sunday, November4, 2024 at Baptist Health in Paducah. 

He retired from TVA and was a ham radio operator. Bill enjoyed spending time every evening listening to the radio, usually with his cat, Paws, curled up beside him.

He leaves his companion and life partner, Judy Hodge. Four grandsons; Shannon, Aaron, Michael and Josh Tracy, and niece, Brenda Cooper. One great grandson, Jay Tracy. Also surviving are the extended family Tre’ Faulkner, Danielle Faulkner Schaffer and Shea Faulkner Simmons. Further surviving is Richard Dean Buchanan, along with his daughters, Tristan and Tatelynn Buchanan.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Loyal Woodroe and Rebecca Lois Mitchell Tracy. His son, Mike Tracy and a sister, Sue Reynolds

Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Friday November 8, 2024, at Smith Funeral Chapel. Funeral services to follow at 3 p.m. with Tre’ Faulkner officiating. Per his wishes, Bill will be cremated.
