Keely Champion, 49, of Smithland, passed away Friday, July 2, 2021 at Salem Spring Lake Health and Rehab.
Keely is survived by her parents, Phillip Champion and Sue Hardy Harnice; one brother, Adam Travis; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Preceding Keely in death is her husband, Jeff Hinchee.
A funeral service for Keely will be held Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 12:00 pm at Smith Funeral Chapel with Rev. Wayne Jones officiating. Friends may visit the family from 10:00 am to service hour. Burial will follow at Scott’s Chapel Cemetery.
Smith Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
