Obituary
Kenneth Wayne Cowen, age 62, passed away on March 12th, 2022, in Salem, KY. In his life, Kenneth worked as a diesel mechanic, and was also a member of Mint Springs Baptist Church. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, spending time outdoor, and spending time with his family.
Kenneth is survived by his two sons, Bryan Neal Cowen and Corey Wayne Cowen; his mother, Carnelia Ramage; his siblings, Danny Cowen, Sandy Guess, Jimmy Cowen, Elizabeth Henson, Dianne Jones, Ronney Ramage, and Mike Ramage; his grandchildren, Felicity Marie, Dylan, Vega, Luke, and Raelynn Grayce; and several nieces and nephews.
Kenneth is preceded in death by his father, Cleveland Ramage; and his siblings, Gary “Gabby” Cowen, Pam Cowen, and Brenda Cowen.
Services will be held at a later date.
Smith Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
