Michelle Stokes

Michelle “Shelly” Stokes, age 54, passed away on March 2nd, 2022, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY. In her life, she was a homemaker, and was also a member of Walnut Street Baptist Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed watching Cardinal baseball and spending time with her family.

Michelle is survived by her husband, Steve Stokes; her siblings, Tammy Hunter, Terry Hunt, Michael Hunt, and Celeste; her parents, Ronnie and Johnie Croft of Benton, KY; Janice Ballard of Calvert City, KY; her nieces and nephews, Chris, Jessica, Jordan, Morgan, Andrew, Matthew, Michaela, and Adam; and several great nieces and nephews.

A service will be held on Sunday, March 6th, 2022, at Smith Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be from 11 AM – 1 PM, with a service being held at 1 PM. Brother Joel Frizzell will be officiating the service.

Smith Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
